Our annual "Take a Swing Against Violence" nine hole Women's Golf Tournaments are held in Goderich and Wingham.  You are eligible to play as a Professional...if you have a handicap, Expert...if you own, or have access to golf clubs, Novice...if you have ever been on, in the vicinity of, or driven past a golf course, Fan...if you know someone (even a friend of a friend) who golfs, Golf Nerd...if you can spell G-O-L-F, Potential Golfer...you have Scottish ancestry (or Polish, or Irish...) and Supporter...if you are interested in ending violence against women and children.

We also request that interested community members, businesses or individuals sponsor a hole for $100.00. We recognize all sponsors with a sign with their name on it on the course and an Official Tax Receipt will be issued for all donations.

Bayfield Safe Harbour 5K Run & 2K Fun Run/Walk, as part of the popular Runner's Choice series. 

This run is open to everyone from serious competitors to recreational runners. Even the kids are welcome to participate in the "kiddie trot" around the Square in Bayfield (ages 2-6).

The event will be held throughout the village and is a certified course which features a 5 kilometre competition, a 2 kilometre fun run/walk and the kiddie trot. There are door prizes and
T-shirts available for those who register ($25 fee or free registration with $50 in sponsorship). Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. and the races begin at 9:30 a.m., starting and finishing in the Square.
